This advice works, berleezy knows exactly what he’s talking about. This is something I’ve used to motivate me and it has help me push through any lazy feeling or depletion I energetically feel (especially physically writing things out it helps relieve thoughts and ideas as well from my brain per say).

Berlin you were spot on wit the depression thing we need to act instead of sitting around feeling sorry for ourselves and that’s facts I’ve achieved a lot by doin a similar process but my process requires me to just go and do it cuz I’m a procrastinator I’d write everything down den be like I can do this at some point den it never gets done I just do it and I force myself to have that discipline i use to be 280-290 I’m now down to 221 just from working out and not sittin around be depressed

Categorize what’s most important and least important. 4-5 things and write why it’s important to you. Without the why, there’s no connection/reason to do it.
-Visualize what life would be like when you accomplish, just those 4-5 things. You can now feel how accomplished you would feel, compared to how you feel currently.
-Write down what would it take for each of these things to get done. (3-4 sentences)
-Where on the calendar can you set days to do what you need to do? (STICK to the calendar!)

Yeah it’s crazy that this existence isn’t infinite because it feels so infinite as a young person. I don’t feel like it will ever end and I spend most of it chilling waiting for my shift to end….. but my life will end…. and nothing I do changes that fact. Only expedites or postpones my end.
