Thank you Mina! It took some time to cut the leaves but I just watched Friends while I did it 🤣 And so worth it! Let me know if you end up trying it on your tree!
BRILLIANT, if I was changing it to a eucalyptus tree I would have taken all the stems off and glued new eucalyptus stems on. I wouldn’t have thought of cutting the leaves. Seriously great idea!
I saw a lot of videos where people drilled holes into the limbs and hot glued new stems and I was not about to take out a drill 🤣🤣. Julie’s video definitely inspired me with this tree. I keep looking at other trees in the thrift stores now seeing what I can do hahaha.

I don’t really understand the blanket. ! however, I cannot believe how realistic it looks. I used to have two of those trees and gave them away never in my wildest dreams what I have ever thought about cutting the leaves and doing something like that! Now I am sad because I never save them anywhere anymore where I live.
Thank you! I did the blanket for two reasons: I couldn't add moss or something like that around it bc my cats would eat it and mess with it 🤣 and i saw some pictures with a blanket and loved the look 😄
