In this video, I made Spicy Masala Rotlo using Bajra flour, black pepper, hing, and turmeric. Additionally, I made Kathiyawadi-style Spicy Urad Ni Dal cooked in an earthen pot, along with a refreshing Kachumbar made from chopped onions, tomatoes, and spices. This meal embodies the authentic flavors of Kathiyawadi cuisine and is simple to prepare, ensuring that everyone will love it. I highly recommend trying these recipes at home during the cozy winter months!

    SPICY URAD DAL
    ½ cup Urad Dal, उरद दाल
    1.5 cup Water, पानी
    ½ tsp Salt, नमक
    ⅛ tsp Turmeric, हल्दी
    5 to 6 Garlic Cloves, लहसुन
    Chopped Green Chilli, हरी मिर्च
    Chopped Ginger, अदरक
    5 to 6 Garlic Cloves, लहसुन
    ½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli, कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च
    ½ tsp Coriander-Cumin, धनिया-जीरा
    ¼ tsp Salt, नमक
    2 tsp Pure Ghee, शुध्ध घी
    ½ tsp Cumin, जीरा
    2 nos. Dry Red Chilies, सुखी लाल मिर्च
    ⅛ tsp Hing, हिंग
    1 tsp Red Chilli, लाल मिर्च
    ½ tsp Coriander-Cumin, धनिया-जीरा
    ⅛ cup sore buttermilk, खट्टी छाछ
    Chopped Coriander, हरा धनिया
    MASALA ROTLO
    1.25 cup Bajra Flour, बाजरे का आटा
    ½ tsp Salt, नमक
    ½ tsp Black Pepper, काली मिर्च
    ¼ tsp Turmeric, हल्दी
    ⅛ tsp Hing, हिंग
    Water as required, पानी
    SAMBHARO
    Onion & Tomato, प्याज और टमाटर
    Green Coriander, हरा धनिया
    ¼ tsp Red Chilli, लाल मिर्च
    ½ tsp Salt, नमक
    ½ tsp Sugar, चीनी
    ½ tsp Coriander-Cumin, धनिया-जीरा
    1 tsp Oil, तेल
