I think they're asking for money from people who can afford to contribute $5, $10, or $20 like he was saying and who want joe Biden to be re-elected. money wins elections in this country and democrats are the major political party most opposed to things like citizens united that keep dark money in politics (most opposed, not entirely opposed or leftist by any means unfortunately). so it's unbelievable in the sense that I have $12 in my bank account right now after paying rent but it's definitely believable in the sense that if I had a little extra and don't want a system where people like me have to finance outrageously expensive and long campaigns, they would want my money in order to at minimum try and keep it from getting too much worse. idk makes sense to me anyway we might have soros but the koch brothers are worth like 50 times what he is and they got billionaires on deck so yeah it makes perfect sense they're asking for a little from everybody when republicans have a billion dollar warchest no matter who they pick
