They're so good live! One of the best shows I've ever seen at The BellyUp Tavern in Encinitas. Amazing medley of a Bob Dylan tune > Candyman > Dylan. I'm having an embarrassing brain fart. I know the Dylan repotoire too well to forget. The crowd lost it.
aferguson850 There's definitely a certain booziness to it that the Kinks shared -- but that was a string band thing before it was a Kinks thing. But I can definitely imagine this song being on the same album as, say, Cadillac or So Mystifying, from the Kinks first album.
