Lepas tu saya pun tambah la air panas sedikit demi sedikit untuk adjust dan tambah minyak bijan 1/2 cawan. Saya tinggalkan 2 hari di luar. Kemudian saya goreng. Dapatlah Athirasam crunchy di luar lembut di dalam. Tapi 'Halia kering' tu rasa tak cukup. Kena tambah lagi.. maybe overall letak 4 'halia kering powder' baru naik wangi kut. Saya letak Bentong Ginger powder to try. Overall after trial & error, puas la Chef. Org dulu2 buat mana ada measurement. So maybe agak-agak la.

around 1 spoon dry ginger powder and same amount of flour..if 2 cups rice flour then 2 cups of brown sugar
Tq chef, the sugar syrup consistecy is it one thread or two normally this part for me goes wrong.
just let the sugar syrup boiled for awhile exactly as shown in the video..that's it..then can pour into the flour slowly as needed..

Tbh.,i followed your recipe.. My adhirasam tak jadi at all.. You didn't give proper way to take the sugar syrup. Totally waste. Sorry
