That's what the teddy bear head that I saw was for!

Part locations
First one is in the cave on the edge on the right side
Second one is behind a bed in the medic room
Third one is in the orange key room in the corner of the very last bed
Fourth one is near the blue crate near spawn behind a tree where the bench would be
Fifth one is behind the blue cabin/place
And last piece is in the green key room on one of the white counter/table thing

1.Bridge cave, 2.medic camp,3.house left side of medic camp, 4.piggy spawn, 5.up the stairs behind the blue house, 6.the other house that's not blue
7.lead the infected NPC into the teddy bear (not piggy)

Idk I did that in a public server and I didn’t even have to cleft any teddy bear parts I just saw it on the table and it made the cha Ching sound and I thought it worked and I even escaped the map but it didn’t work did I Actully have to cleft the parts or just click the regular teddy bear all by itself with the cha Ching sound and it even disappeared for me
