If this was intended for patients it fails miserably. An example of terms the speaker used is ambulation. He should have just said walking. He refers to body parts by anatomical names not common names like leks, feet,goin etc. I suggest that the speaker learns to relax before doing any more videos. His tension is obvious. He doesn't suggest confidence. The script should be reviewed first & finally by a patient education specialist who knows words appropriate for a patient audience.
