can u make a video about how to jump when shooting a jumpshot? i know that sounds silly but after filming myself, i found that i am jumping off mostly one foot and dont have enough power, so im also jumping forward. i actually see a lot of people do these type of "walking shot" a lot but i didnt realize i was doing it myself. i cant believe i wasn't jumping straight up and one thing i found could help was to really have my head look UP like all the shooters. second issue i found is my set power was on top of my head, it was literally on top of my head, i want it to be on top and front of my forehead, not of my head and as a result my elbow is at an angle greater than 90 degee and i have much less power...filming yourself shot is a big hack most people dont do.
