In America, our USDA instructs us to cover our jars by 2 inches when boiling them. And since much of that food was low acid rather than high acid we are instructed to use a pressure canner rather than a water bath canner. However, I think that would be a very nice recipe just to put in the refrigerator because if you did pressure candidate, it would probably become too soft with the zucchini.

At 1:33 I see that you are crushing garlic on a cutting board. A different tool that also works well on garlic is a fist sized stone. The stone must be washed with water the first time that you use the stone. Usually, the stone (or rock) stays clean after that first initial washing. Also, I recommend a smooth stone that has no sharp corners.

Waaaaawo, I love the way this Salad is made,your method is easier than my method.Me I boil the verges first bf I mix them with everything but they must be cool first.I took them off the stove mediately when they change colour.My verges are a Carrots,Cabbage,White Broccoli,Green pepper, Green beans ,I cut them in the middle or three times.Then these other ingredients Vinegar,... My Salad tend to change colour quickly in two weeks.I was selling it in a local shop.I think they didn't put it in the Fridge 🤷♀️Thank you very much for sharing your method with us.I'm definitely going to use your method,as from now on.Gid bless you 🙏😁💞🇿🇦

Debe aguantar más de un año en un lugar fresco y obscuro desde que tienen como ingrediente vinagre y el método de esterilización. Yo hice unos duraznos con poca azúcar y con el mismo método de esterilizado y me duraron más de dos años.
