Formerly living in Lanet we used to go up to Baboon Cliff and have a picnic watching millions of flamingos on the school holidays about 45 years ago. No lion or rhino, rumors of chui and no airstrip back then, we'd all get new sheep slippers at the tannery on the way in. Great memories, thanks!

@@stripes_in_raw It was around 35000 Ksh per day. that's around $220. We got an open Land cruiser for the photography and videography purpose..I guess there are more cost effective options as well..

Manageable 😊. All the hotels in Nakuru provide mosquito nets and repellents.
