      All good here thanks David. The claas 3150 disco is a dream the attach, so much easier than our old Kuhn, that mower was a nightmare to get on abd off the tractor. 👍😎

    Hi m8 I've found ur vid trying to work out how to fix my disco 3050 and Tring to work out what the smaller spring is for on the back and what tightening and loosening it does any help?

      @Cotlandfarmer  2 роки тому

      The springs on the headstock are to help the mower bed float over the ground. 👍

      @@Cotlandfarmer is that for all 3 of them or just the 2 big ones

      @@TomoT007 i think all 3. We have a disco 3050 plus and it has a lock on the big spring that you flip up while mowing for the float. then you put it down for transport

    Nice video, but i had one little question/remark regarding the couplings on the (front)liftarms, I see you (and other farmtubers) open them up before attaching. I always leave them closed as the weight of the implement pushes enough on them to open up when attaching, this way you can never forget closing them. Sometimes they need a little help opening up, but an old tedder tine will do that trick. But maybe there is a good reason for doing it this way and have I been doin it wrong all these years :P
    From the video I recognize the style couplings on the front lift, so I know it works with those. There are other style couplers on linkarms, don't know it works with those.
    But I was just wondering about that, so hence the question.
    Cheers from the netherlands,
    Casper

      Hi Casper, I've always opened the hook catches before attaching, in all honesty I don't know why🤷‍♂️👍😎
