In Simplest, by closing the eyes, and not thinking for a while or in other words shutting/quieting the process of thinking and thoughts, it is the point of nothingness that implies a dimension without space and time.

امام اولیاء حضرت علی رضی اللہ تعالی عنہ فرماتے ہیں اپنی سوچوں کو پانی کے قطروں سے بھی زیادہ صاف اور شفاف رکھو کیونکے پاکیزہ سوچوں سے ایمان مضبوط ہوتا ہے حضرت ابراہیم علیہ سلام کی پاکیزہ سوچوں نے ہی انکو خدا کی دہلیز تک پہنچایا آپ نے سورج کو اپنا رب سمجھا جب وہ غروب ہوگیا آپ نے سوچا يہ میرا رب نہیں ہوسکتا کیونکے رب کو زوال نہیں محمد صلی اللہ عليہ وسلم کی پاکیزہ اور فکر اینگیز سوچوں نے انکو غار حرا میں پہنچایا انا کا بت خدا کو سوچنے سے ہی ٹوٹتا ہے اگر ابلیس بھی پاکیزه سوچ رکھ کر سوچتا کے رب کا حکم ہی عبادت ہے آدم کی جگہ پھتر بھی ہوں تو کیا فرق پڑتا ہے مجھے مقصد تو رب کا حکم ماننا ہے

Man is used to slow poison. Man knows your lectures make sense but implementation of your ideas are beyond implementation. Man is now in the middle of ocean and trying to swim to land but death of this swimmer is inevitable.
