    I’m bipolar. And most of what you homies are saying is in fact correct. Everything from the challenges of taking meds to the affects on those closest to him. I lost my career and my marriage over this illness already. And it takes almost 20% of bipolar people’s lives too to suicide. So I’m happy you came around Schulz. I was disappointed when you weren’t taking it seriously.

      L.E. please tell me if I was off here or not, respectfully asking your opinion on a post I made on this forum..
      13:00 onwards.. Schulz, you missed a PERFECT opportunity.. and maybe you haven't noticed it.. this could have been the one episode of the weekly rants that didn't need a humour aspect from a brilliant comedian.. there is funny funny and there is also "Oh that was intelligent, funny" .. this could have been that Bill Hicks/George Carlin moment.. on enlightening the world with your introspective deep thinking genius brain to enlighten the masses about the seriousness of men's mental health.. between this video and the Charla video, you have said it all.. you just needed to figure it out on how to say it in a short story version monologue that helped the masses understand your angle.. dammit.. pissed off that you didn't see it for what it was.. while I do understand you didn't want to make it coz your usual is funny funny, so many levels, this had a new depth opportunity for you to show..

      @adrianwhitten4343 3 роки тому +3

      BTW, L.E. don't feel like Shultz, as a comedian brain, isn't taking this seriously.. His bro has suffered from a disability his whole life so he and his family have been dealing with with it their whole lives, his bro attempted to beat up Charla and was very close.. It may be not justification to many but just saying.. its the comedian brain and thoughts that do what it do, and I'm not gonna judge those, that don't know what they have been thru.. Tried writing that with all due respect man, no smoke coming from me, just my thoughts..

    • @Hoping4Intelligence
      @Hoping4Intelligence 3 роки тому +2

      Just to clarify, I love comedy and I think everything is fair game. Even making fun of disabilities and illnesses. Laughter is healing and nobody should take themselves so seriously that they can’t be made fun of. The issue I had with Schulz’s initial approach was that he was questioning whether or not Kanye’s behaviors were due to the illness or some sort of publicity stunt. So I was coming to say that to anyone who knows this disease well, it is very obvious what this is.

      @@nickbotic Kanye's net worth is more than Kim's though. Plus he's more successful. Plus when Kim gets older she won't be as relevant anymore because her body is what made her popular but Kanye's talent is what made him successful.

    • @nickbotic
      @nickbotic 3 роки тому +9

      @@chiefakif2739 Kanye was about to file for bankruptcy last year until Mark Zuckerberg saved him. And do you honestly think net worth is truly indicative of a person's wealth? It has some bearing, sure, but Kim Kardashian is leaps and bounds ahead of Kanye in terms of wealth.
      And even by your logic, Kanye's net is 1.3 billion, Kim's is a billion. $300 million is hardly a huge difference.
      So the point still stands, it's ridiculous to think she's with him for money.
      And if you think that at the rate we're going that Kanye is going to be remembered for his music, or his clothing, it's equally as ridiculous a notion. Kim Kardashian built an empire off a sex tape. She is amongst the most influential people in the world. Whereas Kanye has influence in music and (maybe) fashion, Kim's influence is spread out across a myriad of industries.
      To say that in the future she won't be as popular is just flat out wrong. Her name will live on literally forever. Her family name will always be at the forefront of the industry. Kanye will be around forever too, to be sure.
      But the point is that there is no world in which Kim married Kanye for his money. Ever. Lol

    I have bibolar disorder and I don't take the medication... It does not just make you feel normal... It makes you feel nothing..... That is the main problem with the medication... Bipola people tend to feel emotions stronger anyway... Now you have to take medication that makes you feel nothing.....it also can kill you it just does it slowly.... It also can make you worse with more episodes... It becomes a cycle of going on and off meds.... And often leads to other drugs because you want to feel... What happens is people never learn how to deal or understand their own condition, other people don't understand it and just want the meds to do their job.. Never understanding the problem.... And people will use Yr condition in any way that benefits them because Yr easily used and manipulated and controlled... Its a cycle and complex and many do not understand it

Some days you want to die... And other rule the world and fix all wrongs... But only by understanding it can it be controlled... Meds really are not helpful long term... And often used to take Yr own life... Why I will not have them around... Learning to understand mental health is the key.. Not medication.

Anything that alters Yr mood, or control functions is bad for you.... Except maybe weed but I've seen that cause people problems if they have the wrong mindset... But has always helped my but I also have ocd tenancies which weed seems to dull sum what. But the best things are learning to control and understand Yr states of mind.... When Yr heavily medicated you can and never will do this... And becomes an u winning battle... My opinion... But I've seen medication destroy and kill to many and I'm still here.....bit broken but I manage,

Best Podcast ever - ass hole army 4life. Also bipolar - even in mania you need people around you checking you. If you have something tangible and real to lose - not materialistic, you will say hey when am manic - I gotta chill. Awesome discussion guys.

      But with that said, I'm not a fan of ANYTHING Kanye has done since Graduation except for Watch the Throne, but he is definitely the more broadly accomplished artist. So I agree with your sentiment, just not your statement. Lol
