There is place about an hour from me called Ding How II that does dim sum on Sat and Sun from 11a-2p, and it's soooo good. I'm not able to go often, so when I do I load up and have the best midnight snack with the left overs. I always get enough to last me a couple of days of snacking on it off and on. I always giggle to myself at the thought of them joking about me eating it all on the way home. Don't know if they do that or not, but it tickles me to think that they might. They're always really great to me when I go, too. If any of ya'll are ever in Huntsville, Alabama (USA) give them a try...they're awesome! Watching this has me craving them.
