Probably even sacrilegious if you ask me. I mean you're literally in the house of God, where our Lord Jesus Christ is present on the altar, in the humble appearance of an unleavened bread, and people take their phones out to take some pictures? I don't think that's just "disrespectful" to our Lord.
Also, I don't understand why it's deemed inappropriate to use your phone when you're eating with your family or friends, but it doesn't seem so in a Church, where we gather to take part in a banquet prepared to us by our Lord and Savior to eat his Flesh and Blood, in fact it looks like it's even permitted.
