Mirror Dimension into Flooding makes sense. It triggers before Flood becomes Flooding and since Flood says "you can't play here after this turn" it allows you to play. It's just code execution order. They could change it if it wasn't intended.
It's mad that one of the biggest creators in the community doesn't have all the cards from a game to play. Collectors tokens is a start but there's a way to go.
