- Feed your cattle or your horses behind your pickup! Self loading bale cradle unloads and rolls bale out as you drive your pickup. Feed up to 100 heads of cattle at a time using only one bale of hay! No hydraulics or motors needed to load or unload the bale of hay.

That is a pretty KISS set up, I like it!
Cheaper then a front loader very thought to get you by for sure.
His beasts are in good shape.
This only works for soft core bales which r becoming less popular. We bale ours at high density so you would never get that first bar through there!
i think my skid steer is a little more easy... none the less great idea for smaller operations!
Super i am working on making one
How is the chain latched/secured to the bar?
Not everyone has an expensive loader tractor especially when your pasture is several miles from home or you’re renting Corn Stalks from grazing is it the best probably not but every operation is different especially for the smaller producer
Think Goldey found some little furry thing in the bale🐭
Pretty sorry looking hay
Neat Idea, but you could not shove that rod through any of the bales that I make.
Yeah, looks very easy :-/ :-D
Looks like 1/3 of that bale (outer layers) got destroyed by weather.
"made easy" being a relative term?
hahah u get noting out of them i am a dairy man cows can be expensive very expensive when they hit the right genetics and rating but u get something out of them milk!!!!!! an can make a living off of them
That bale is rough
@larry666ize Neither would my horses but as you can see in the background, he's feeding CATTLE. CATTLE eat this kind of hay with no problems. You must be from New York City!
that the hard way LOL
Hay feeding m ade esy

hope you dont have to feed 20 bales a day
+Tomas Kavanagh Turtles move quicker then these 2 idiots, i fell asleep watching this and woke up and he still didnt do anything.
🙄🙄🙄🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤨
Hmm... you shouldn't say: "fuck about horses", it just doesn't sound right.
did u hear about bale deck on truck?
ring feeders are the best, less waste , cattle cant piss and shit on the hay
Bullshit!
*they're
no thanks, that looks like it would only make winter feedin even harder especially if your feedlot is a mudpit after snow melts. i prefer to just use hay rings and put them around the roll.
Easy?
u want easy? use a bale spear or a flair chopper with a feeder wagon, besides, u should never have your cows out to pasture in the winter
+Sh!t Show 2.0 Why, probably 80% of the cows are kept outside on cornstalks all winter
Well that's not a very good diet
Its not good for cows to be in h20 degree weather
It doesnt hurt the cows to be in that weather Milo stocks corn stocks or haygrazer stock along with a little cake or protein they do great you dont know what your talking about.. i been doing a cow calf operation with a 150 head of Angus and HEREFORD for 25 years now . Cows go on grass in spring and summer and on stocks in winter. Calfs are pulled first of november and put on wheat and cows go on stocks with every other day protein feeding.end of November... works for me and prove it year after year..
oops
Feeding made easy? Haven't you ever heard of a round bale feeder..basically two semicirular gates that enclose the bale. Takes about 2 minutest to load. .
There is going to be a lot of waste from this method when the cattle walk on hay or shite on it.
Not..
hd
Our bales are so tight you'd never push that rod through by hand. Then with about 30% loss of hay due cattle walking, peeing and pooping on it........
how is that easy?
To much labor
all the hay is wasted, also didn't look that easy and not very time efficient
I wouldn't call that easy... I would call that a lot of work for wasted hay. Time is money, that being said a skidloader and a bale feeder do the trick just fine.
not so great!
sorry but not a fan.....
