So stop working with Brands and figure out another way to earn money. It‘s that easy. I don’t listen to the army of tubers which come up when a new product comes out. Because it’s mostly paid trash. I watch reviews 1-2 months later. From people who actually bought that stuff.
Takes the creativity out. I used to do a lot of film work but hated doing for companies. Hard to be creative when someone's not giving you that creative freedom.

I hear that about the music. I much prefer photo editing than video editing because I can listen to my music vs having to listen to the same 2 second clips over and over again lol.
Thanks for your opinion but I actually received twice as many business emails this week because of this video, with people showing respect & offering me my creative freedom on a partnership. I think I just weeded out all the "unprofessional" brands that want to control vulnerable creators 💯
Lol ironically, I've received twice as many email inquiries this week saying "we saw your last YT video & we want to work with you" - Thanks for your comment though, helps push my video to more people :) I should probably continue making dumb videos 💯
tbh man id be more inclined to purchase from brands that were not so accredited like underground clothing lines, prototype products for up and coming developers, and/or possibly even the honest feedback about products and services that YOU actually discovered based on a collaborative experience with one of your fans or peers in the industry not huge name brands that only expect money in return for the exposure. instead, for example, myself if I sent you free clothing its purely because of you character, personality, and influence on my work as well. I as the creator of said garments would need to have the initiative let alone the desire to 1. send you the free products. NOW this is where the experience differs. 2. I would further incline myself to pay you for your time just like a regular shoot making my funds not only speak for my inquiry, but I would follow that up with more controlled collaborative incentives. Such as, flying out to you to hand deliver, have a sit down vlog with you and a true reaction, chop it up about background and purpose, and create a stronger relationship from a media mentor and fan mentee stand point. Giving you content that you actually want to produce. Based on honest acknowledgment and not just a " yes I am from canon cameras and I want you to review our new R6 because you're a photographer with a huge following maybe we can help each other." that pitch line BOGUS! Schedule an organic meet up & capitalize on your real life experience with me giving you the how, why, and what I plan to provide to you as an underground creator. Connection is what people want to watch people don't want to be sold a product they want to be sold the WHY for the product and WHY anyone should give a f*ck about this new creator you brought to your platform. lmk if this makes sense but to me I never buy anything without see my favorite leaders on platforms CONNECT with the audience why not show it on camera with you connecting with a real individual from your audience.
