hello whithey tan,you need to read your Bible if u have, but if u have'nt you can research in internet google.You need to spend more time w/ our LIVING GOD LORD JESUS CHRIST b4 u go to sleep & b4 u start ur day.You know the real best sleeping pill is the Word of GOD BIBLE, listen to the worship songs& to have real relationship w/ our GOD.Talk to GOD ask 4giveness & ask what u want ask HIS GRACE,wisdom & Love.If you have JESUS in your heart HE is able to deliver & set you FREE from any kind of fear.read your Bible in PSALM 4:1-8 , chapter 5:11-12 ,chapter 91:1-16 Galatian 2:20

and in the morning b4 u start ur day read Psalm 143:8-12
talk to GOD ask HIS wisdom ,understanding & HOLY SPIRIT b4 u read ur BIBLE . If You do this and obey GOD'S WILL & I guarantee u will have a sweet dream sleeping time .May GOD BLESS U sister😊

I've experienced that too. Yeah, it's just God who can help you. Read bible. First things first, call Jesus, and recieive Him and have relationship with Him. Pray desperately na katagpuin ka ni Lord. Jesus understands you dahil lahat ng klase ng pain pinagdaanan Niya alone. Pero ikaw sasamahan ka Niya and He will heal you. Khit parang di mo Siya naffeel andyan Siya. He never leaves. Matatapos yan. God promises it will. Trust His heart.

Di natin alam kung kelan. I am still on the process ng healing. I always ask God as well kelan matatapos. Pero we have to be patient. Full trust talaga. Ang ngging ways ko is reading bible and inspirational books, listening to preachings and testimonies. Nagbababad talaga ako sa word of God. Try listening to CCF's preachings on youtube. Find preachings na sa title palang alam mo swak sa pinagdadaanan mo.
