Hello Chahat, since goods are returned i.e. sales return, we don't need to calculate since its already added in that figure. We just need to deduct trade discount since they were issued at a trade discount. I hope this helps :)
sir aapka q 10 galat hai lekha hai ki 9 day me kitne pasi milenege par usme ye bhi likha 10 % cash discont with in 10 day so he do not get 13208 he will get on 9 day 15120

A machine is purchased for Rs 50,000 and is expected to have a useful life of 10 years. At the end of 10th year, it is expected to have a sale value of Rs 6,000 but expenses related to its disposal are estimated at Rs 1,000. Then its net residual value is (a) Rs6,000 (b) Rs 5,000 (c) Rs 1,000 (d) None of these Sir can you please help me with this ques
Hello Manju, i have taken same question in my sample papers. Answer is Rs. 5,000 because we have to take net residual value i.e. after deducting the disposal expenses.
Debit note is prepared in case you want to debit the account of the opposite party . It can be prepared both by buyer and seller. For example, when buyer is returning the goods, he/she will prepare debit note but if seller wants to debit the account of the account, he will prepare the debit note.
