This is beyond beautiful and I love the idea of having those houses together I might use it as inspo! I just wish they could increase the item limit because that's kinda held me back from decorating
So pretty and putting so many houses together like that will leave more room for all the ones coming in the future. Also, thank you for doing a walk through after, so many content creators don't do that, just leave us with the build view which isn't what we get to see playing 🥰
Love this build! I put Mini Casita in the Plateau currently, but haven't done much to it. I grind for materials on the switch and I do all my decorating on the PC because it is WAY easier for placement precision.
Aaahh, this is gorgeous. I'm so jealous! I recently got DDLV on the Switch and I just cannot decorate... the controls go all over the place! You give me hope that maybe I'll get used to them, though!
The controls are super frustrating on switch lol! I’ve found that using the arrow buttons helps, rather than the joystick, but definitely still difficult 🥲
I’m so glad to heard someone else say they thought Eric’s boat would be big I was genuinely so disappointed and felt so dumb when I got the reward and it was a tiny little thing I was so excited to put it by the dock because I had placed his castle there on purpose before I got the reward 😂😭 love this build!
I play on both PC and Switch and it’s been very interesting the difference of things! Decorating is SO much easier on the PC. Farming is easier on the Switch though!
i play on switch but i am definitely waiting until i also get the game on pc so i can decorate bevause decorating on switch is SO HARD!!! i was amazing when i realized you were decorating on switch…. you have the patience of a sloth!
It’s called the wooden fruit stand! I got it from one of the green chests, but I’ve never seen it in the shop unfortunately. You might have to just keep opening the chests until you find it ❤️
I do own the game on both PC and switch and I can say 100% that building on PC is easier. Not only because the tools and shortcuts are easier (with the drag and drop option from the mouse) but also because the game runs just generally better on PC so everything is smoother (loading times, movements etc). I do still enjoy playing the game on switch when I just want to chill in my valley with characters or do small questlines, but the PC version is twice better imo.
I wanna build in dreamlight valley but my switch does this thing sometimes when I back outta build mode. It glitches and crashes without me saving. Idk if it's my switch or the game probably the game but it's so annoying and now I'm scared to build.
Ahhhh it’s the game unfortunately. I’ve had that too, so now I save every time I place a couple of items (that’s why there’s so many cuts in this vid lol!) 😅 Definitely heartbreaking when it crashes and you haven’t saved tho, I feel your pain!!!
I play on Xbox and let me tell you it can be frustrating, things can over-slide/ move over too many squares all the time lol. Also, I wish I knew earlier in the game to stock up on stones lol. I would leave them, especially in the beginning when my bag was too small.
Once I decorate it stays like that for ever!. And I have empty places. Where I will be putting the new home. And I just add in whatever holiday around. But I don’t know if I could tear down what I make
I think the thing I struggle the most on switch is taking photos on camera mode. It's so hard to control! Esp non-selfie photos. I just want to take photos of the landscape and not my character! 😭
Building on switch is very painful. I don’t seem to be able to zoom out like you are doing so when I am arranging I can’t see what I’m doing. Consequently, I haven’t arranged and decorated. It’s just not enjoyable unfortunately on the switch
I was just wondering if I can play on both simultaneously - It's all linked through your online account, so you can play both right? Just probably not the same time?
@stephaniewinger9723 Yes, playing at the same time isn't possible as far as I know. But you can play on the same account on both so you can decorate your village on PC and later play in the same village on the switch.
I think everyone gets different stuff at different times and it’s just random luck unfortunately. I have some items I’m waiting to show up in my store too 🥲
Decorating on switch is absolutely awful. Never have had this issue in ACNH! I caved and started playing DDV on my pc and it is significantly better, to the point where I haven't opened DDV on my switch since. Wish I knew that when I bought it initially.
Thanks for watching guys!!! Where are you placing Mini Casita in your Valley? 🤔💕
Me toooo
I’m so glad I’m not the only one who struggles with switch building 😂 it’s so difficult to place things
It’s so annoying ahhhh!!! 😅🫠
If you use the arrow keys it gets a little bit easier!
It goes to fast ahhhh😊
Omg it’s the worst
This is beyond beautiful and I love the idea of having those houses together I might use it as inspo! I just wish they could increase the item limit because that's kinda held me back from decorating
Aww, I’m so glad you like it!!! I’m planning on doing a video soon on how I managed to work around the item limit (at least a bit!) 😅
Yes, please give up any tips you have on conserving items! Looks so good!
I’ll definitely make a video on that!!! Thank you! 🥰
So pretty and putting so many houses together like that will leave more room for all the ones coming in the future.
Also, thank you for doing a walk through after, so many content creators don't do that, just leave us with the build view which isn't what we get to see playing 🥰
Definitely good to have more space for future characters!!! 😅 And I love doing the pretty, aesthetic walk through footage at the end!!!
Love this build! I put Mini Casita in the Plateau currently, but haven't done much to it. I grind for materials on the switch and I do all my decorating on the PC because it is WAY easier for placement precision.
I love this build! I could use those hints you mentioned for keeping your item count down. I’d watch a video on that for sure 😊
Thank you!!! ❤️ It seems a lot of people are struggling with it, so I’ll definitely start on that one soon! 😅
Aaahh, this is gorgeous. I'm so jealous! I recently got DDLV on the Switch and I just cannot decorate... the controls go all over the place! You give me hope that maybe I'll get used to them, though!

I thought it was just me struggling! I literally dump my houses anywhere and give up now. This video has inspired me to try again now :)
@@chloeplaysacnh Thank you! This helped a lot!
@@ashleyxxx1990 I think everyone playing on switch is struggling 😅 Glad I could help a little bit!!
Absolutely love it!!
Love the white boxes
Ahh chloe this is genius!! So pretty!!
Thank you so much!!!! Glad you like it!! 🥹💕💕
This has quickly become my favorite channel! 😊
Omg, you’re too kind!!! 🥹❤️

I was so disappointed!!! I really hope they update the game and make the little mini boats bigger 😭
Building on my Switch is so hard! I honestly have done bare minimum and the builds online seem impossible 🙈 You did a beautiful job! 💜
I play on pc and switch and can safely say building on PC is sooooo much easier! Love your build :D
I recently got into this game and got it on the switch. Do you have to rebuy the game if you want to play on a different platform like the pc?
Oooh actually I’d love an answer to this if you know as well 😅
@@JinHime0412 Sadly yes at the moment. Once it's free to play it will be no issue
I play on both PC and Switch and it’s been very interesting the difference of things! Decorating is SO much easier on the PC. Farming is easier on the Switch though!
Your best build🎉
i play on switch but i am definitely waiting until i also get the game on pc so i can decorate bevause decorating on switch is SO HARD!!! i was amazing when i realized you were decorating on switch…. you have the patience of a sloth!
It’s definitely a struggle!!! I’ve found using the arrow buttons and touch screen rather than the joysticks helps a little bit, but it’s SO SLOW! 🥲
So cool Chloe!
Thank you!!! 🥰
Gorgeous! What are the white stalls in your marketplace area?
It’s called the wooden fruit stand! I got it from one of the green chests, but I’ve never seen it in the shop unfortunately. You might have to just keep opening the chests until you find it ❤️
@@chloeplaysacnh Keeping my fingers crossed! I am in love with those!
Building on pc is definitely easier for me personally, also if you got enough gold nuggets they make a perfect edging
I'm definitely going to use some of your ideas.🥰
Thank you!!! So glad you like it!! 🥹❤️

I play on the switch and have gotten so frustrated while decorating!
Would it be possible to have you share screenshots of your valley on Twitter? It is so pretty!
I know you posted the plaza and meadow screenshots but I would love to see the rest!! Thank you so much and keep up the amazing work
I’ll definitely take more building mode pics when I get a chance!! Currently doing some new builds since the update, so it’s a little messy lol 😅
Trying to build on the switch is a nightmare 😅 I cannot wait to build on another platform when the game is free.
Building on switch is very painful. I don’t seem to be able to zoom out like you are doing so when I am arranging I can’t see what I’m doing. Consequently, I haven’t arranged and decorated. It’s just not enjoyable unfortunately on the switch
I play on ps4 it’s kinda difficult to build you have to be very careful
I play on switch but I decorate on pc because the switch controls are just to clunky for that imo.
Decorating on the switch sucks!! Lol, this might be the game that turns me into a PC gamer 🤣
I was just wondering if I can play on both simultaneously - It's all linked through your online account, so you can play both right? Just probably not the same time?
@@stephaniewinger9723 I don’t know for sure, but I have heard some people having to start from the beginning on their PC save 🥲

Building is WAY easier on PC the benefit on PC is the ability to use both the controller and the mouse and keyboard.
How comes you have stuff that I never seen in scrooges
I think everyone gets different stuff at different times and it’s just random luck unfortunately. I have some items I’m waiting to show up in my store too 🥲
I play on switch and it takes forever
Ahhh so true 😩
buliding is mucbh better on pc but i play on xbox so I'm used to xbox buliding.

I just got this game yesterday and I am so obsessed already 🥲
