Finally after bunch of fillers and over a year of waiting, we are getting a new LEGENDARY COOKIE! Hyroollegend I don't know if you know this but that tower is the tower of sweet chaos. It's returning like they said Because there's only one tower that looks like that and if you look at the lines on the edge of the picture They Look like candles. Also I would need to see what Is legendary wields the power of lightning However, we do know that wind Archer cookie controls the wind. So maybe it's him because it says something to do with the wind
