“Here We Are” - Ivy Amara

I put together a few chords I liked and the words just flowed out. And here we are, just me and the guitar, sitting in my parents’ home while visiting them earlier this year.
This is my favourite way of creating songs.
Coming up with an easy melody to replicate without thinking and allowing for the words to pour out. It’s not perfect this way, but it’s real and honest and it feels so good.
