Absolutely abhorrent that a ONE BED dwelling - not even actually in Manchester - is now just under £1,000 PCM to RENT even three years ago. I wonder what those rates are now as we lurch into the early stage of a recession, in July 2022. This isn't tackling any type, or even any part, of our national housing crisis. This is fuelling it - and for profit.
So much talk about how quiet it is, but all I can hear is the roaring of traffic in the background! One of those three bedroom flats is smaller than a standard terraced house!
