In cost of New Shares of Common Stock the formula you mentioned at denominator is P0 (1-flotation cost), as per this, it should be 50 (1 - 0.3) = 50 * 0.7 = 35 but you calculated it as 47, kindly elaborate on this as I am not not clear on the calculation (video time at 32.18 minute)

salam. Sir why have you used D1 in formula ( cost of equity with Growth) , instead of D0? ( d1 = d0(1+g)). where is D0 ? How do we find D0 in the above exercise you solved? Should not we deduct .08% growth , pre added in D1 to arrive at D0??

Sir aapne jo ireedamable mai question kiya hai 1000 pr 10% = 90 kese aaya ... 100 aayega na....then aapne 1- tax ...tax aapne 40% liya so 100-40% = 40 aayega na...
