Age care workers, nurses, government jobs, etc are not low paying jobs. Whats a Black job? When I was a kid in the 80's and teenager in the 90's they were a construction sites. The plumbers, mechanics, plant workers. Now you see a construction site, there will be very few Black faces but plenty of foreigners that speak little English that took over those markets because they were willing to do it below a living wage.
