I don't think the Sheikh understood the question....if someone says Ya Allah please help me! This is not saying to Allah help me if you want. This is begging for help!
I'm sorry Sheikh. Respectfully, I beg to differ. You have misunderstood the use of the word "please". There's a big difference between saying "oh Allah, forgive me IF you please" and "oh Allah, please forgive me". The first sentence with the word "IF", would be imposing a condition on Allah. The second, WITHOUT the word "IF", is begging Allah, putting yourself in the position of poverty, need, desperation, etc. i.e. basically the position of a beggar and that is exactly what we're supposed to do.
He never said please forgive me is haram he just said it’s not from the sunnah it’s not in ahadith or quran, but he was talking about if you please hope this helped.

it’s perfectly fine to say please. the word please does not indicate that you are asking for an exception, it is just a form of begging. don’t trust everything you see on the internet edit: EVERYONE who is arguing me saying i am wrong, here is the SAME sheikh saying it’s permissible in my case: ua-cam.com/video/0U-WIWnajEk/v-deo.htmlsi=WTOeiWPCz0axXaVh
The conclusion here is that you can’t say if you wish or if you please accept my Dua, it’s like I’m not forcing you but accept my dua. Many scholars have said that this is makruh to say if you wish or if you please. I would just not do it so I’m sure that it’s not a bad thing. The best is to assume that Allah will accept your dua. But not like saying Allah will accept my dua a hundred percent khalas I’ll get the thing. Now saying please ya Allah accept my dua its not haram, but it’s not the best thing. but In sh Allah this comment helps you understand I’m sorry if the sheikh confused you. In a hadith, the Prophet (PBUH) said, "When one of you makes a dua, let him be firm in his asking, and let him not say, 'O Allah, if You will, give me,' for there is none who can compel Allah." (Sahih Bukhari, Book 75, Hadith 352).
If you want a straight forward answer since you can’t get it, then just don’t say if you please or if you wish answer my dua to be safe. Scholars have argued about this and said it’s not permissible and some said it’s makruh.
@@gamezplay3who even says if you please or if you wish in a dua?? Everyone is just begging for forgiveness. How do you beg to somone without saying please?
Yes...I think it's a begging position in the language of English. We not Arab speaking people and we use words that we feel is begging. We begging Allah's mercy and forgiveness on all. Ameen
Salam. Sheikh please if you can explain this in more detail. Because i partially understood your reply. Saying "please" is a sign of weakness, so why cant we say please to Allah
You can say I beg you Allah. Don’t say please, if you wish. Be firm and have complete faith in Allah. Saying if you wish is like not having enough faith that Allah will accept you Dua. That’s a wrong belief to have. We are suppose to have full faith and trust in Allah. Make Dua with full faith that Allah will accept it, you can beg to Allah.
So is it wrong to say please if you just say it out of respect or something? "Oh you please" I guess sounds like begging but just "please" alone just seems like a respect thing rather than begging. Will still try to not say it but it is a little confusing.
When asking Allah saying please answer my dua that is not haram but it’s not from the sunnah. But saying if you will or if you wish answer my dua, that’s what the scholars say is not permissible. It’s better not to say it.
Some people are confused so I will try to elaborate. Using the word please has many meanings it could he used as a form of begging, so it is best to not use it. Some might argue that Allah swt knows our intentions so He SWT will know our intention that is true but why use a word which has such broad meanings to address your creator and the creator of the universe
All animals on earth were created through evolution. There are several guesses as to how the universe came into being. 1) A 'god' made it by black magic from magic dust. 2) Goblins made it from tickytacky. 3) It is actually 'god's' brain. 4) Aliens from another dimension created it. 5) 'God' broke wind. There was a 'big bang' and there it was, the universe. 6) The origins of the universe are unknown, but scientists are looking for an answer. An intelligent person like yourself could pick any one of the first five.
