It was the first international final for one of the teams (Colon) and this band is from the same city as them (Santa Fe). The second song is "Sabalero" which is the nickname of the club. This band is very famous in Latin America, especially in Argentina.

Second song is the unnoficcial anthem of the club Colón de Santa Fe. It describes the love for the club and the people, that's why you see that guy crying. "Yo soy sabalero", I am sabalero (sabalero is how the club supporters are known, for fishermen who catched sábalo, a common fish in the rivers around Santa Fe).
