We used the Chogoria gate which is about a 4hr drive from Nairobi. We drove ourselves there but there is an option of getting a driver to pick you up.
The trip costs KES 10,000 (USD 100) per person per day. We took a total of three days to go to Lake Ellis, Lake Michaelson and back. The total cost was KES 30,000 (USD 300)per person for 3 days. It was overall such a beautiful experience.
