1:49 Thank you for not editing that out; it is good to confess our mistakes - we all make them once or twice! This jig looks like a good idea. Mine is old, clunky, and takes up a lot of shelf space - maybe I will give your idea a go! Your blades are dirty and dull, that’s why they smoke and leave burn marks on your wood. They can be cleaned with mild detergent and a toothbrush. Then carefully hone the cutting surfaces with high grit diamond stones, high abrasive sand paper or non-aggressive machinist’s files - I like to use a three-sided file on my hole saws. Finally, wipe a bit of lightweight oil on all of them with a soft cloth to help keep them from rusting, and to help keep pitch and sawdust from building up so they are always clean. Once you get all of your bits and blades clean and sharp, it only takes a few seconds at the end of each work day to wipe them clean, make sure they are sharp, and wipe them down with a bit of oil. You won’t have to go through the time and labor to get them all back in shape at one time, and they’re always ready for work first time in the morning. Hope this helps!
Fantastic work, dude! Brilliant jig! 😃 But yeah, hole saws are difficult... I want to buy a good set this time, because they give me too much headache as well! Anyway, stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
You are the master of jigs. Very nice work. It’s nice to see your getting more subscribers to you really deserve it with all the hard work you put in for us the subscribers. Cheers
Just my 2 cents. First time watching the channel. I enjoy the content, the pacing, the back ground music. Hate the computer voice over. 100% better of using your own voice or going with an on screen text only. Good luck.
