Thundering fury reduces Skill cooldown when triggering reactions right? Since this is a hypercarry team, there is no reactions after lisa starts to be on field. Which renders the thundering fury's passive kinda pointless. Golden troupe is the best for this hypercarry team and thundering fury is the best on aggravate team.
Not sure exactly what team you're referring to but she's triggering reactions in all of them. Either aggravate, electro charged, or overload. The reason i dont like/use golden troupe is because i feel like the damage i lose while waiting for her e to cooldown is not worth it.

The last reaction the team triggers is the sara E or Q(depending on which you use first), after which there is no Pyro aura in enemy to trigger overload. Also, the wearer has to trigger the reaction to use the TF passive. Which is even harder in the said team no? One way to trigger it is by using Lisa's Q and constant Bennet na and E within his Q. Which is puts lisa offield the while time. By no means I say this set doesn't works, it's just not optimal. Using xiangling instead of sara cures this problem though.
