Sorry for too many comments, but i just wanted to add that I absolutely love seeing players new to RPGs and Dragonlance play in your games like this. It takes courage to be livestreamed and they did a great job! I know the initial mission statement for the channel was to celebrate Dragonlance, but introducing it to people who may have never known about it otherwise is a really cool impact the channel has had, as well. 👏
I'm the person playing that character. I love seeing this comment. It is a beautiful name. I thought it sounded more like an elf name than a dwarf name, so I had to come up with a reason for the name, but I really wanted to use that name for this campaign and character.
What an awesome session zero! I loved the way you tied the characters into the narrative so quickly. It's been great fun to watch you play, thank you all!
Just finished watching. I think the Aurak Draconian and "mother" Kender is a really fun role-playing dynamic. And I think 5th Edition D&D and the new 2024 version works really well at low levels.
This is exciting. Tyranny of Dragons was the first campaign I ever ran as the DM, and I essentially turned it into a Dragonlance campaign, full of epic fantasy romanticism, that just happened to be set in Faerûn. It went for eight years, and was filled with some of the most powerful, emotional, exciting, and fun moments I’ve ever had the pleasure to be a part of. I even included Fizban, who became one of the party’s favorite people. I’m looking forward to seeing what another group of Dragonlance fans does with this adventure, especially with it being set several years after the published setting.
I am an old DnD player, great job guys! The players are a DM's dream. A great mix of different comfortability with role playing. A true DnD game!! I'm in
Just started watching this. Good crew again, and I'm fascinated about this point in the timeline as you know, i wrote my short story about this, fertile ground for a lot of good storytelling. Have a great game!
As I said in chat, I have run this adventure before, and it was actually the first time I dmed before as well. This session definitely showed the stakes and danger the cult poses. Let’s see how the heroes last because this chapter is a grueling marathon of challenges (at least as I remember it and ran it.) And that’s if they don’t run afoul of Big Lenny (aka Lennithon).
Thank you for watching today's Dragonlance Gaming episode. What do you think of the session? Leave a comment below!

Definitely! I’m the trench coat guy in the subway with Dragonlance underneath :)
@DLSaga hahaha
That's so funny, I named my daughter Elowyn. It's Cornish for Elm tree.
That's awesome, I didn't know that! It's a beautiful name.

Yea, we’ll see how it develops but I’m having fun.

I’m hoping to make it a fun one :)
Absolutely amazing session everyone! This is a lot of fun to watch :D
Thank you so much!
I’d love to play. Let me know if someone drops out!
I typically offer it to members first. Can you email me at info@dlsaga.com. And I’ll keep your email ready.

Thanks for saying so. It’s a fun group, I’m excited to see how it grows.
I am really looking forward to seeing this. Especially with the Dragon Lance setting. I really think this will be a good game.
I hope so. I will be diving deep into Fifth Age Dragonlance lore. It may just take a minute to get there. :)

Definitely, I hope to weave in real deep DL lore throughout the campaign.

Absolutely! It’ll be interesting to see how it develops :)
Really enjoyed seeing a 2024 session zero in action
I’m glad, thanks for watching!
And that's really cool about streaming to Twitch, that's a fun app to watch a livestreamed game like this. Looking forward to checking that out
Awesome! I figure, it takes no more effort, so why not?

Balanced parties help a lot!
This continent is in the southern hemisphere, btw.
