To anyone who sees this, the best config I've been able to find and a majority of people seem to agree is the youtube tripps. Watch some of his videos with lj, jb, and mini jump binds and copy those. As someone whose been bhopping for years, this was an absolute game changer for me.

Well this video is good for people who cant likely bhop in cs2 hardly and for beginers , is very good video (i liked it alredy) for me bhoping was harder in csgo and in cs2 was eazy now in csgo is for me more better but cs2 bhops are little shit but its not that bad!
@@_r1te_ i have a config install guide on my channel it has the cfg in the desc maybe try that out see how it feels :) (it has crouch on shift you can change it in the cfg file tho, just swap the binds if it bothers you) :)

Remember when you can bhop in cs2 team will be Frightened. Remember in this game you can get money drops.

if you lose that much speed your timing is probably a bit off, try going into a practice game and enable sv_cheats 1 and sv_autobunnyhopping 1 so you can hold space, if u get to 280-300 while holding space it‘s your timing, if you cant get to that speed with autobhops then it‘s your strafes :p
With auto bhop on I stay at a constant 290-305 But when I turn it off I stay at a constant 200-220. It's weird, I'm definitely bhoping but gain and lose speed.

Yeah but much harder to get the timing, if u have it oun mousewheel and u scroll, it‘s like multiple space bar presses thus you‘ll get the bhop more often

My velocity just goes down to 170 when i try to bhop, i strafe and move mouse properly and time pretty good

Quick question, when I bhop I stay at a consistent speed of 200-230. My timing and strafe are decent. Any tips of how to hit that 280-300 range?
when you bhop you should get over 250 vel beacuse thats the normal running
if you lose that much speed your timing is probably a bit off, try going into a practice game and enable sv_cheats 1 and sv_autobunnyhopping 1 so you can hold space, if u get to 280-300 while holding space it‘s your timing, if you cant get to that speed with autobhops then it‘s your strafes :p

Possible without but MUCH harder, config de-subticks your jump bind which makes bhops alot easier and more consistent
