I think you should put down put doors going up instead of a normal door, it makes the next doors up not be able to move with the rest

Literally all that matters right now is a sawmill that can actually fit LARGE WOOD and more conveyer belt types that makes it easier to process wood. Autounloaders are basically useless as you'll still have to micromanage the logs. Like literally some logs like the fire tree won't even fit in the 02L
