I thought this was about spirituality yet you are mentioning religion for people to be taught and guided by. Religion isn't spirituality.
When a person walks a spiritual path, they do so alone, this is the way. Third Eye activation goes deeper than just meditation. It involves initiation and working with Chaos and Order, Yin and Yang and mastering oneself. Basic Meditation is a maintenance method to calm the mind and bring the emotions into balance. Third Eye Activation and opening is achieved through many methods and one very potent method is Arhat meditation, which is one of the 72 Consumate skills of the Shaolin Temple.
Although you covered the basics, you haven't covered anything new or really gone into depth...Still needs work...third eye activation is a very deep and nuanced subject.
Too much meditation causes an imbalance. This is why martial arts or anything external must be also practiced to keep the energy flow balanced. If a person isn't balanced they can't graduate and reach enlightenment.

You sound like someone who likes two things: Hearing themselves talk, and feeling spiritually superior to others.

@Silverscribe is that what took from my comment? Shows your lack of analysis. What I mentioned is from experience and from teaching martial arts for over 15 years, which included Chen Tai Chi and Qigong, along with meditation, I know what I am talking about. Saying I am a spiritually superior to others is a projection of yourself feeling inferior, you need to work on that and have an ego death. And you sound like someone who likes two things also; to make assumptions about a person they have never met and are gullible to defend something they probably have no clue about.
