Congratulations Caroline! This is amazing! I’ve only been watching you for the past few months but you’ve quickly become one of my favourite UA-camrs! I’m a current undergrad in UK and want to go to Columbia for grad school, and your channel is truly inspiration!! I’ve started listening to your podcast on my morning runs and I love it :)
Thank you so much Emma!! You don’t know how much your comment means to me 🥹 I’m so glad you’re enjoying the podcast too!! Best of luck-cheering you on for grad school! 😇😇
Congrats on graduating!! Also, I find it so funny how you staying out in the sun for like 6 hours completely tanned ur right hand but not ur left. I could never tan my skin. Everyone who knows me says I'm way too pale and need to sunbathe more but it just doesn't work. I guess I'm just built different lol
Caroline Chen I am very proud of you! Congratulations! I know this is a late response, and you might not read this, but your videos have helped me and encouraged me throughout high school. I am now a third year in college studying as a premed and am not giving up. Thank you for everything!
Congrats!! A scholastic award is an incredible achievement! As an incoming member of the class of ‘26, can I ask what your experience with Medical Humanities was like? I’m debating between it and Psycology for my pre-med major. Congrats again and thanks for giving us a snapshot of your college life!
Thank you Parker! Yes ofc-loved the major! It’s very much tailored to what you’re interested in (and totally fine to not know going in, Med Hum is a broad field!). The major is part of the Comparative Literature department, so you do take an Intro to Comparative Lit course sophomore yr & a Senior Seminar in Comp Lit (and there’s also an advanced language requirement). Otherwise, I’ve found it to be very flexible in the electives you choose! The profs I had in the major have been very sweet and understanding 😊 I don’t have personal experience with the Psych major, but it sounds like a fun major as well from what I’ve heard :) regardless of what you choose, I’d recommend looking into the Science & Public Policy courses over at Barnard (open to Columbia). I really enjoyed the classes that I took there!
Congratulations!! I’ve been following you since my daughter added Columbia to her list of colleges. She is now in the class of 2027 and will be starting NSOP in a few weeks. I just want to thank you for all the information you shared. You’re the best!! How did your parents handle your adventures in college? 😂
Hello Caroline ! I love your videos soooo much you are my therapy literally your vibes are so natural and healthy ❤what have you studied and graduated at this ceremony ?. Because now I am seeing your videos that you’re studying medicine and I am confused 😅😅 Kisses from a Greek in Germany 😊 ❤
Hi Athina! Thank you so much-you’re so sweet! I graduated from Columbia for college and am now at the same university for medical school. In the US, college and medical school are separate, so you graduate from college before attending med school. (I just happened to stay at the same place for both) 😊 Kisses from NYC!
To whoever is reading this : May God bless you ! You’re gunna do great in life ! Put God first and everything will fall into place ! John 3:16 says , “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life ! Believing in Christ isn’t only enough! Even the demons believe! However, Matthew 6:33 talks about us seeking Him and spending time with Him in the secret place ( where He lives- Matthew 6:6). If we seek Him, we will find Him! If we love Him, we will obey His commandments ! God’s grace is so sufficient! Wishing nothing but love , joy , peace, prosperity, faith, hope, etc. Have a blessed day ! God loves you so much :) 💕💕💕

In Columbia which engineering do most people prefer or which is more popular
Hmm… I know a lot of Operations Research & CS people! Also perhaps Biomedical Engineering (popular with pre-med engineers)
