On another note, I thought the movies in the trailers looked very promising for the most part. I've only seen game night and I found it amusing enough to watch with my wife at least.
If your going to watch any movie on this list, do yourself a favour and watch "upgrade" it is without a doubt a true gem. A crossover between hardcore Henry and repo men. If your black stay away from blindspotting, movie is trash, main character daveed diggs, awkward take of how it feels to be black in America; felt as though I was watching a white move around in black skin.
Another great list for me to check. I love that they are usually movies I didn't know about. I did think that Upgrade didn't live up to its potential. Sometimes it isn't about action, suspense, jaw dropping moments, or thrills that make a good movie. From the looks of it, it is an indie film? Most of the time indies tend to have passion and meaning behind them that drive the story. Just because you did not feel or see what the director wanted / saw for his vision does not make it bad.

Most of the time indies tend to have passion and meaning behind them that drive the story. Just because you did not feel or see what the director wanted / saw for his vision does not make it bad.
