First, carefully remove the damaged microphone from the PCB using a hot air rework station. Be sure to apply heat evenly to avoid damaging the surrounding components.
Next, take a new SMD microphone and apply a small amount of flux to the pads on the PCB. This will help the solder flow more easily.
Now, place the new microphone onto the pads, making sure it is aligned correctly. Use tweezers to hold it in place.
