I really enjoyed Morissette’s powerful performance of Listen, with the excerpts of her talking about her background. She has such a powerful voice, she really gave us some amazing mixes, runs and quick vibrato on a full voice which is not easy to do. This is a challenging song singers are really navigating their break and Morissette seamlessly passed through registers without any unblended flips or cracks. It was also wonderful to hear in her words, her come up story and how she persevered despite all the rejections.
I am a jazz/R&B vocalist, baritone saxophone player, music educator, and vocal coach local to New Orleans. I have two degrees in jazz/music education and work professionally playing music. Thank you for all the support on these videos! It is such a joy to create educational, entertaining content for you. I’m looking forward to making more reactions, as well as expanding on ways to create educational/music related content for all of you. I’m so grateful for every one of you!

That’s the thing about Morissette she has so many nuances and characteristic features about her voice it literally takes a train ear like yourself to understand and appreciate how special she is. I know your frequent pausing during your reaction is not everybody’s cup of tea but it’s your platform and I’m sure there are people wanting to learn how to improve their vocal skills. So thank you for your break down of her performance and hope you continue with more Morissette content.
    👍👏🇦🇺

Mrs. Amon, when she sings, is a painter who brushes on the canvas, has so many nuances in her voice, guided by a soft, velvety and dark vocal timbre. Stellar artist of biblical proportions.😮
If it were for me, for what I have heard so far from you on a singing level, I would open the door of St. Peter's to him🤷🏻‍♂️👸

WTH coach the absolute best part of the song when she digs deep and gives the best growling grunting performance I have ever heard and silence from you, you replay it over and over but all you talk about is the drums. That was the part that everyone goes crazy over and it was like you didn't even hear it. She also had one last Majestic belt that you didn't play. You always do So well reacting to Mori but silence on the most Iconic part of the song and not finishing it is not good. We will just blame it on all of your injuries 😄

Yes! love your reviews! glad we kicked out all those people that just wanna watch the video and complain about your pauses lol. yeah they didn't really get kicked, but happy we barely seem them now 😂😂 oh and regarding those singing comptitions, they are a really big deal in the philippines. unlike here in North America.... they are at a differnet level over there lol cause there's so many crazy good singers so the competition is crazy. good to see that the artists in that country is now getting their recognition...although small, but hey gotta start somewhere.

Love Morissette but she has no shortage of fans (and reaction videos). That said, Tamia’s “Officially Missing You” (from early 00’s) is a Pinoy favorite, so much so that so many have covered it incl Mori. The version I recommend (done acapella) is by Jason Dy, Jaya and Jay R. You will have lots to dissect. Salamat. 🤙🏾🤝

This performance wasn’t broadcasted cause it was in public they had to break down the song into two parts . After the broadcasters read the rest of the court order they started handing cameras to the audience. The recordings that exist is half broadcast and half fan cam. Another time Beyoncé flagged Morissette was cover to Halo on the wish bus. Wish bus destroyed the recording but evidence exist. She is not where she should be, I’m no conspiracy theorist but when it comes to big ticket sales and large venues you have to work with RoCNation
