Shadow the Hedgehog vs Metal sonic - Sprite animation (FlipaClip)

Thanks for watching my first ever sprite animation that was inspired by Mark Haynes, SpacePea, Maple Riot, BrunTH, Munkyboi, and many other sprite animation UA-camrs. This took me about a few months to make since most of the time I didn’t even know what direction I was going, just making ideas up along the way (like a dumbass) but I was happy with the final result.

I knew Neo Metal was absolutely screwed the moment I saw Shadow’s limiter rings on the ground, and to add salt to the wound, Shadow went into his super form, with no sign of his limiter rings back on. Very smooth animation too.

That was incredible! The way you baited us out by having Shadow's inhibitor rings on the floor. When i saw them I was like..."Did Neo Metal Sonic hit Shadow so hard that he dropped rings like Sonic?" Then i remembered it was his inhibitor rings and i was like....oh crap, Neo might be screwed. And screwed he was.

I want that neo metal sonic sprite.
This fight was intense but I feel neo metal sonic should have won. Even with inhibitor rings removed neo metal can copy the bio data of anyone he fights in a instant of fighting someone. Moment he reached neo metal form it should have been wraps for shadow. It took sonic knuckles and a sneak attack from shadow to stop super neo metal sonic and it was simply a setback not even a loss.

There’s no way THIS is flipaclip, Flipaclip is all about drawing animations. You can’t make sprite animations in a drawing app.

I mean the fight would end a lot faster, but the outcome is correct. In sonic x shadow generations shadow in base beat metal overlord (a stronger version of metal sonic) before obtaining all of his abilities. Here he has all of them as shown by his eyes sparking with electricity and him not being in white space.
