- I hope you like my travel guide of the wonderful RH Royal Hotel in Old Town Benidorm. Its a hotel I've been staying at and enjoying for many years. The hotel is small and intimate, with the best staff and service. Its location is excellent, within a few minutes walk to the beach and all the shops, bars and restaurants in the Old Town. A lovely hotel to relax, enjoy the friendly welcome and have a great holiday.

Thanks for that Tim, we have booked for may next year. Much needed break after having three bereavements so looking forward to it. Did u go on any organised day trips at all.
Hi Jenni, I hope you have a great time. I love the hotel and the staff so I think you’ve made a good choice. It sounds like you deserve a good holiday after the difficult times you’ve had. We’re going to the Royal again for New Year - can’t wait.
We haven’t taken any organised tours. We’ve explored on our own. It’s very easy to get the bus to Altea and we’ve caught the train to Alicante. There are lots of organised trips so I’m sure you’ll find something good. The reception staff at the Royal will be helpful.
