Actually I m weak in pharmacology
But you can just try to memories mechanism of action and drug names
That’s very important
I just memorise
And regarding side effects I just group drugs
For examples
Oto toxic drugs I ll make a list and memorise.
So system wise I group drugs and keep notes.
