Wow,lots of efforts had gone into making this extrodinary movie. Watched both the parts of Ponniyin Selvan and iam mesmerized. Really a masterpiece,hats off to everyone acted,felt so real. Glad that an important tamil novel had been made into a beautiful film.

So, we should all learn Sanskrit which was spoken by monkeys, dogs, and even viruses and bacteria. When the language died, all these species stopped talking as they did not want to speak in a language other than "God's language" which is sanskrit. So, as hindoos it is our duty to revive the dead language sanskrit so that all the whole world/universe can talk in one language which is the "God's" language.

Yes, PS-I was average and I don't have high expectations on PS-2 either. But it is hard to make a movie with so many characters on a large scale. So, credit where it is due. People think the 'content' was poor yet mediocre movies like "Baahubali" and "RRR" were somehow great, so sad.
As a Tamilian, I am looking forward to "Viduthalai-I" than PS-2. No one is showing pride here. There are people in every language group who go overboard when some hyped movie is about to be released. You don't paint the whole group of people with the same brush. That is what that Lemurian is doing. Well, what can you say, when one's hatred for a language and its natives is so high, this is what you get.

I am from North india, but I was always fascinated by the history of South indian kings. Thanks to the South Industry for giving such a masterclass movie, at least someone has tried to show the real power of indian kings. In that case, South indian Kings were unbeatable. For those who successfully managed to not knowing the story of 2nd part like me😅…this must be a great experience 🔥🔥can’t wait to see this in big screen
The performances and the characters are just growing in intensity, the story seems to have so many more twists and turns than the first one (I have not read the books), the cinematography, production design, colour palette, and the score.. just off the charts looks spectacular. PS1 was absolutely brilliant in what it had to setup. Now eagerly waiting for a perfect sequel. Politics, drama, action and emotions, just an epic chartbuster loading.. fantastic trailer and of course hyped!!
