Hi, very informative tutorial. I have a question when I add a wooden flooring with the mask option. The color part is highlighted with wooden texture but it is overlapping with other layers can you help? While adding grass option the masking went perfectly for other options I'm not able to do it
Have you tried moving the layers above and below one another on the layers panel

How did you import the drawing in the first place, some of us are learning from scratch

You can isolate the text layer, or turn all other layers off and make pdf of it to import in AutoCAD.

What do we do do if we want to change the color of the interior again ? Because if I am choosing a different fill after selecting the interior layer, it is getting applied to the background as well! PLEASE HELP!
You can make a selection, right click and convert it into another layer by 'layer via copy' option. or if you want to keep using the same layer, you'll have to create a mask on the layer as we do in the video.
Took me forever because for some reason my selection was poor, but I got the hang of it in the end. Thank you. This was a really nice and helpful video. How do I get the tress png please

You can use Ctrl+D shortcut to Deselect everything. or simply right click and select deselect from any selection tool.

2:49 please. I can't understand this.
After applying a mask to the 'group 1', we simply deleted the selection from the mask as you can see from the right side of your screen. The black part from the mask is the selection we deleted.
