I have tried every diet. The only thing that has ever worked is a whole foods ketogenic diet (no packaged 'keto friendly' foods) combined with intermittent fasting and keeping calories low. Have lost 175 pounds. Still not enough. Working out is limited due to a knee injury. I do what I can.
Oh wow that's an incredible accomplishment!!! Seriously have you taken some time to recognize how amazing that is? I totally understand you feeling like it's not enough yet. What's your goal weight? There are so many questions I have to help troubleshoot. Are you tracking calories? If so how many calories are you currently eating? What do your workouts look like? I totally understand the knee injury. I went through a knee cartilage injury and then surgery and also dealt with a shoulder injury. It's so frustrating. I'm more than happy to help get you in the right track!! You got this
Thanks so much dude I really appreciate your thoughts and for watching. Truly a blessing to have you as a part of the community here. Yes it's so hard to peel yourself away from the scale. I even have a hard time with it at times. We gotta look at all the other aspects of our health and strength.
"I want to get into the meat of this" har har... you missed your own pun that time!!! Yes, building muscle so important, feel like a lot of problems are tied into this. Pain (muscles not right for maintaining/stabilizing the body) is one.
Oh my gosh that's hysterical!!! I totally missed it! lol Yes that's true pain can certainly be a problem that prevents people from doing the right exercises. The cool thing is that after a little detective work you can pinpoint where the pain is stemming from. Like you said, its typically a weakness somewhere that's causes instability. The exercises to fix and strengthen that though will themselves ALSO build muscle. Do you have pain in your shoulders or knees?
😁🤣 hey Christiano! I appreciate it 👍 you got a head start o this dude. I didn't start until my second lol. I so appreciate you watching and never hesitate to reach out if you have questions. All the best!

great advice- the scale is very limited in telling us the overall health of our body- it is important but not the whole picture
Amen! Absolutely as I'm sure you've heard me talk about quite a bit lol

Another great video man. The scale is only one aspect, and it should be taken with a grain of salt!

Jordon Staytt would disagree with you completely.
I love Jordan Syatt! What do you think he would disagree with?
