Did the app thing binding and all but for some reason it still won’t pair with my iPhone. Just stays on the searching screen even with Bluetooth on my phone on and it my phone saying it’s paired.
Did you receive an email with the verification code when registering for the app? It is not working for me and only says "Server exception. Please retry later!". Any advice would be appreciated.
@@michapancerz4532 so the same thing happen to me so i deleted the app and waited it out over night and now it works, i’m not sure how long it’ll take for you but now it works for me now, so you should try doing that. if that doesn’t work i’m not sure what you should do, hope it all works out!

Davvero strano. Quale telefono è? Personalmente, non ho il problema. Forse prova a rimuovere l'app e guarda completamente, quindi sincronizza di nuovo. Bisogna anche guardare a livello dei parametri se non è presente una modalità di risparmio energetico che taglierebbe il bluetooth dopo pochi minuti (avevo già il problema con una Mi Band 5) buona giornata Tof ..

O meu smartwatch umidigi urun, está travado, baixei o app e fui atualizar, aí travou e não saiu mais, já desinstalei o app e instalei novamente e nada, já baixei o app em outro smartphone e nada, a atualização da versão de recuso não passa de 30%, smartwatch muito ruim, não compensa comprar, pois a UMIDIGI não te dá suporte de nada. Uma porcaria. Meu smartwatch não tinha nem 3 horas de uso. Não comprem pessoal.

Same here i tryed yesterday and today and i do not recive any mail with veryfication code
