You know, looking back at all the mirror battles thus far, I'm noticing that each of the characters' counterparts force them to realize and cast aside a mental limit they place on themselves.
For Goku, his fight with Kakarot brought him a step closer to mastering his Instinct and making it his own.
For Broly, it was learning to not fear his own power, and to use his Rage instead of letting his Rage use him.
For Gohan, it was learning to be firm and have resolve in his intentions, and see them through to the end.
For Vegeta, it was learning to look deeper within himself, beyond his Pride to access power he never could before.
And now, with Jiren, it was realizing the true power of Trust, and to use the bonds he hadn't realized he made to make himself stronger than he ever could alone.

I can't wait to see how the story will unfold! Last thing I wanna say is that you did a good job at establishing tension with Cell Jr! Having a fusion not only lose, but be completely overwhelmed was a genius move to really sink in how much of a threat these enemies are! It sends shivers down my spine when I think about how much more powerful Anki will be compared to Cell Jr!

Did you guys hear the voice that talked to the controlled Jiren? It was the same voice that is in Gohan's head speaking about the chosen one. And its the same voice that said in the taiyou special" Soon, everything will be mine" And if you watched the trailer from a year ago, Gohan says" I am life, and I am oblivion" as he proceeds to fight UI Goku. All of this leads me to believe that Gohan is being set up as the main villain.

Jiren’s music,the reflection of what he did wrong,how his strength was his primary motivation to only trust it,and how even then that strength wasn’t enough,for just as he said,before he realized Goku had already surpassed him. Hit vs Time breaker Hit/Jiren vs time breaker jiren/ vegeta vs King vegeta/cell jr
It takes place during the fight with Gogeta and Cell Jr. Once Cell Jr used his timeskip abilities on Gogeta, it showed cutscenes of Jiren vs Jiren and Hit vs Hit. All 3 of these fights are happening around the same time.
