I would have demanded my money back at reception and would have caused such a seen, till they did. We booked a hotel in Eastbourne for two nights, but when we got into our suit , it was disgusting. We went straight back down to reception to let them know we would not be staying, and demanded a refund there and then. She tried yo say there was no manager available to do so. I made it clear I was not going to leave the reception desk till it was done. New customers where coming in and could hear that I was not happy with the standard of the hotel. She was so embarrassed that she agreed to give us a full refund straight away, and gave me a print out to prove she have paid me back on my card. These hotels need to be called out, as it is a lot of money. I hope you get your money back!
This was my mom and sister's room who's fully disabled. As you can see in the video Her four-wheeled walker what gets me? It's true. I totally agree. With every word you said my mom did go down to reception and the women on the desk said there was no other rooms that my mom and my sister could take because my mom is a carer for my other sister who was on holiday with us and my mom had to be near her other daughter as well. They said that she could get another room but my other sister would have to stay on the floor that she was on which meant my mum being separated from her daughter which was not ideal. It is true everywhere that I say in my videos and people are slagging me off saying that I should have read the reviews that I should have done this. I should have done that by the end of the day. You pay what you pay and you think you're going to get a nice room. Nice stuff as well. I can't believe how much this hotel has gone downhill but I do take everything on board.
