For M416, put on a compensator, vertical foregrip (to reduce recoil), EQ mag, and tact stock, and red dot sight, when there are about 20 people left, suppressor (to hide your location), thumb grip (to quickly aim and fire as well as reduce recoil) EQ mag, tact stock, and red dot sight
